I have been in the automotive service industry for over 10 years. Prior to working at Providence, I managed an independent repair facility specializing in Honda and Acura. Before that, I was an electrician. My favorite part of working at Providence is developing lasting relationships with clients, and working for a company that continually strives to deliver honest products and services at an incredible value.  With the help of our amazing service team, I look forward to coming in each day, ready to demonstrate the second-to-none experience that our team provides to our family of clients. I am an FCA certified Service Manager and possess many years of accompanying certifications in Service Advising, product and technology knowledge, and Jeep and Ram Expertise. I am also an ASE Certified Service Consultant. I have a wonderful wife named Cassie and a 10 year old son who loves to play baseball. My wife is a teacher at a Christian school, and as a family we enjoy traveling and going to sporting events. We are big fans of the Clemson Tigers, Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. Outside of work, my interests include traveling to new places (I want to see it all!), landscape and aerial photography, and scuba diving, with an emphasis on ocean/reef repair and conservation. My future goals include becoming a certified underwater photographer and owning a small place near clear water where I can spend my free time diving.

I've had the privilege of serving our clients at  Providence Autos for 4 years now. My favorite part of this career is being the solution in any situation. I have been in the service advisor role for a total of 12 years, working at multiple new car dealerships.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and two children. My interests include RC racing at a national level with my son, and spending Sundays in the fall watching the NY Giants.

My career at Providence Autos began 15 years ago. For many years I worked as a part time evening receptionist and then transitioned to appointment coordinator. I maintain our fleet of courtesy vehicles and am a member of Lancaster County Motors Safety Board. I have many FCA certifications, including Jeep Expert, Ram Expert, and Uconnect Expert. I enjoy meeting new clients and assisting them with their automotive service needs. My interests outside of work include spending time with friends and family, making crafts, cooking/baking and visiting new places.
